Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Little-Till collects, how we use it, and how we keep it safe. Little-Till is a simple money-tracking service for home sellers, operated by My Tribr (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"). We take your privacy seriously and aim to comply with applicable data protection laws, including South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we collect

• Account details — the email address you sign up with and your chosen sign-in method (email & password, or Google sign-in), and any business name or contact details you add in Settings.
• The information you enter — your sales, expenses, products, prices, and any customer details you choose to save (such as a customer's name and phone number) to create invoices.
• Basic technical information — the limited technical data needed to run the app reliably and keep it secure.

How we use your information

We use your information only to provide and run Little-Till: to save and sync your records across your devices, to process your subscription, to respond to your support messages, and to keep the service secure.

Where your information is stored

Your data is stored securely on trusted cloud infrastructure. Some of your Little-Till business data is also kept on your own device, so that the app responds quickly and so that you can keep working when you have no signal — you can open Little-Till and record sales, invoices and expenses offline, and those changes are synced to your Little-Till account as soon as a connection is available. We use reputable third-party providers to host Little-Till and to process payments (PayFast). We do not store your card details — payments are handled securely by PayFast.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. We only share it with the service providers who help us run Little-Till (such as our hosting and payment providers), and where we are required to by law.

Customer details you save

If you save a customer's name or number to send an invoice, you are responsible for having a proper reason to keep those details. We only use that information to provide the invoicing feature to you.

Your rights and choices

You can view and edit your information in the app at any time. You may ask us to delete your account and all your data by emailing [email protected], and we will do so.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it from our systems.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No online service can be 100% secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.

Cookies and local storage

Little-Till uses storage on your device to keep the app responsive, to let it open and work without a connection, and to hold your most recent work until it can be synced, and only the minimal cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.

Children

Little-Till is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
